1. How To Use Fenugreek Seeds For Skin Whitening/Lightening?

Prepare a smooth paste by adding a sufficient amount of milk into 2-3 spoons of finely ground fenugreek or methi powder. Apply the paste to your whole face or dark areas of your skin. Leave it for half an hour and then wash it off with normal water. Do this twice a week before your bedtime.

2. How To Use Fenugreek Seeds For Skin Moisturizing?

Soak 2-3 spoons of fenugreek seeds for at least eight hours in hot water. Later, add 1 spoon of honey and 2 spoons of curd or yogurt into the soaked fenugreek seeds. Grind the ingredients to form a fine paste and apply it to your face. Leave it for half an hour before rinsing your face with normal water. Do this on alternative days to keep your skin hydrated and well moisturized.

3. How To Use Fenugreek Seeds For Open Skin Pores?

Soak 2 spoons of fenugreek seeds overnight. Add 1 spoon each of grated ginger and grated cucumber into the fenugreek seeds. Now, grind the ingredients to form a smooth paste. Apply this methi mask to your face and wash it off after 1 hour. Do this once a week to tighten your open skin pores [3].

Prepare a scrub by adding half a spoon of coconut oil into 2-3 spoons of fenugreek powder and apply it to your skin. Massage your skin using this scrub gently in circular motions for a few minutes. Mix aloe vera gel (3 tsp), gram flour (1 tsp) and fenugreek powder (2 tsp) to form a paste. Apply on skin and let it stay for an hour. Cleanse face with regular water. You can use this paste once a week to deal with your oily skin issues.

Soak 2-3 spoons of fenugreek seeds into 5-6 spoons of rose water overnight. The next morning, add a pinch of turmeric into the fenugreek seeds and grind them into a fine paste. Add 3-4 drops of tea tree oil into the paste and apply it as a face pack. Leave it for 45 minutes before washing it off using normal water. No. There is no need to apply fenugreek paste on your face every day. Dr. Zeel recommends applying the paste once a week if you have oily skin, twice a week if you have normal or combination skin, and thrice a week if you have very dry skin.

2. When Should You Take Fenugreek, In The Morning Or At Night?

Topically, you can apply fenugreek to your skin at any time. When you are taking it orally, Dr. Zeel recommends taking a spoon of overnight-soaked fenugreek seeds on an empty stomach in the morning.
