Add 1/2 tsp of organic neem oil and sufficient water into 1/2 cup of chickpea flour to make a paste. Apply it to sunburns and rinse off after half an hour.
Try Aloe Vera
Apply natural aloe vera gel directly to the affected area and leave it overnight. Repeat daily until your skin heals.
Sandalwood + Turmeric
Prepare a paste by mixing sandalwood powder and turmeric powder in equal amounts. Apply it to the sunburns and wash it off after half an hour.

Include loads of hydrating fruits and vegetables such as gourds, cucumbers, watermelon, oranges, buttermilk, etc. in your diet regularly.
Cool Packs For Sunburns
Apply a cool pack to the affected area with a clean, damp towel or cloth. Avoid taking hot showers.
