Refunds and Cancellations
Vedix.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation and refund policy.
Please note that all Vedix subscriptions are cancellable.
Please write to us at email@example.com or WhatsApp us at +91 40714 34363 (9am-6pm, Mon-Sat) requesting a cancellation. We process the request within 24-48 hours and you will not be charged anymore after that. If in case, you are charged for the next subscription cycle during this window (after a request has been raised and before the cancellation was successful), please let us know and we will initiate a refund for this transaction. You will be eligible for a 100% refund. (Please read the "Refund" section below).
Cancellations after Shipping: For cancellation requests that come in after the products have been shipped, a 'Shipping & Handling' Fee of Rs. 100/- will be adjusted against the refundable amount.
Refund Policy (No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee):
For new subscriptions: After 30 days of using the products as directed, if you’re unhappy with the results, mail or call us at (firstname.lastname@example.org & WhatsApp at +91 40714 34363) to claim your money back. We'll wire 100% of the money back to you - NO QUESTIONS ASKED. We do this in 100% of the cases. No refund will be done before 30 days from the date of the order.
If your subscription has been renewed more than once (that is you have been charged more than once), we assume that you are satisfied with the products and the “No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee” will not be applicable anymore. These cases will be dealt on a case by case basis.
Note: Festive Gift Boxes purchased under the Vedix Beauty Festival are not eligible for any replacement or refund claims.
In all the refund cases, the products (used or unused) have to be sent back to us at the following address:

For prepaid orders/subscriptions, refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of receiving the returned products. In case of Cash on Delivery orders/subscriptions, a refund will be made to the bank account that you will have to provide along with the refund request.
The ongoing subscription will also be automatically canceled when a refund is requested.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
