Refunds and Cancellations

Vedix.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation:

You can cancel your chosen product subscription plan.

Please chat with Veda or mail to support@vedix.com requesting for a cancellation. We process the request within 48 hours, and you will not be charged anymore after that. You will be eligible for a 100% refund. (Please read the “Refund” section below).

Note: The Vedix membership cannot be cancelled & membership amount cannot be refunded. The membership will be active for one year and orders can be placed at any time. You can cancel your orders.

Cancellation requests before shipping: Orders can be cancelled by yourself by visiting the website, logging in to your account, navigating to “My subscription details” and selecting the order # from “order history”. However, you can reach out to our customer support team by chatting with Veda or mail to support@vedix.com. Our usual wait time is less than 48 hours.

Cancellation requests after Shipping: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Please reject the shipment during the delivery and if the amount is already paid, reach out to customer support we will refund your amount.

Refund Policy (No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee):

We believe in the satisfaction of our customers, if products did not work well and you’re unhappy with results, please reach out to our customer support team by chatting with Veda or mail to support@vedix.com to claim the refund. Any request which is raised within 30 days of the order will be eligible for 100% refund. However, in the interest of the product, we have a Vedix Fair Use Policy: Refunds claimed after 30 days will be made available only for the remaining plan duration.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment mode and the reversing of the credits will take at least 3-5 business days. For cash on delivery orders, a payout link will be sent to your registered email address and mobile number, and the bank account details must be provided for processing the refund.

Note: The ongoing membership will be cancelled once the refund request is raised, and the membership amount cannot be returned in any case.

Note: Festive Gift Boxes purchased under the Vedix Beauty Festival are not eligible for any replacement or refund claims.

Replacement:

If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered and if the package is in a state where you can’t start using the product, please reach out to customer support team by chatting with Veda or mail to support@vedix.com. Your damaged item will be replaced with a new brand box with no additional cost.
